Singletons Lancashire Cheese from Preston is fourth generation company only using milk that has come from cows within a five mile radius of the Beacon Fells, and the traditional two and three day curd method is the property of the local farming community. Grandma Singleton would be proud to see her name still going strong in popularity.

Southport Potted Shrimps, supplied by James Peet, are produced from brown shrimps by a local family of fishermen with years of experience, using a refined recipe to maintain a product of the highest quality. then shipped direct to the hotel.
